Barre Sculpt

Barre is an energizing full-body workout inspired by ballet, pilates, yoga and functional training, using small, precise movements to strengthen muscles, improve posture and flexibility – with Barre on the Bike using the bike handlebar instead of a ballet barre.

Indoor Cycling

A beat-driven indoor ride combining endurance, sprints and upper-body sequences on the bike. Expect heavy legs, sweaty vibes and powerful playlists that keep you pushing past your limits.

This class is more than just a workout.

Together with Cream Atelier and Sonderr Projekt, we created a weekly community Pilates session that combines movement, creativity and connection in a unique studio atmosphere.

FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

If you can’t make it, please cancel your spot at least 24 hours before the class starts. This allows others to join and ensures you don’t lose your credit.

What happens if I cancel late?

If you cancel within 24 hours of the class or do not show up, your credit will be deducted from your account.

Is there a minimum number of participants for a class?

Yes, classes typically require a minimum of 5 participants. If a class doesn’t reach this number, we will cancel it in advance so you have time to adjust your plans. Please note that for external trainers, the minimum may be higher.

What should I wear?

We recommend bringing a sweater as it can be cool inside the studio before you start moving. For indoor cycling, normal sneakers are perfectly fine (no „click“ shoes required), but cycling shorts or trousers are recommended for a more comfortable fit.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No need! Mats are provided on-site. We just ask that you clean your mat after class using the disinfectant and wipes provided.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts. You’ll need this time to check in using your Urban Sports / Wellpass QR code or at the front desk for private bookings.

What if I’m running late?

To respect our clients and the flow of the session, we cannot allow late admittance. If you arrive after the class has started, you will not be able to enter, and your credit cannot be refunded.

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

We have a small changing area and storage for your personal belongings at the entrance, as well as a toilet on site. Please note: We do not have shower facilities available.

Are towels provided?

Yes, small towels are available for you to use during class. After your session, please place them in the laundry basket provided.

How do I get to the studio via public transport?

We are easily accessible via:

  • Metro: U1 (Aufseßplatz)
  • Tram: Lines 5, 6, 10, or 11

Is there parking available?

If you are coming by car, please plan for extra time. Finding a parking spot in the area can be tricky at times.
